Tapli Card is a prepaid gift certificate that can be used to pay for taxi fares. There is no need to give change or sign when paying, and you can use it as many times as you like until the balance is used up.

Currently, the taxis that accept Tapli Cards are operated by four companies based mainly in Tokyo: Kokusai Jidosha Co., Ltd., Teito Jidosha Kotsu Co., Ltd., Nihon Kotsu Co., Ltd., and Yamato Jidosha Co., Ltd.

Tapli Cards also offer an “original design service” where you can create a card with a design of your choice, and an “easy made service” where you can choose a picture and add a message of your choice. Tapli Cards are also used as souvenirs, for corporate PR and sales promotion.
