Article 8 Agreement and Cancellation of Purchase and Sale Contract

A sales contract on this site is concluded based on the following two requirements:

However, we may refuse your request to terminate the contract if any of the following conditions apply:

• If more than four days have passed since the delivery date
• If there is a surplus or shortage of products or packaging at the time of shipment or delivery
• If the item is received by someone other than the intended recipient
• If a false or misleading statement is made at the time of the contract

Article 9 Measures against unjust enrichment

If the Company suspects that profits that should belong to the Company have actually belonged to the User, the Company may request confirmation of unjust enrichment and return of the profits to the User. If the request is not met, the Company may take legal action against the User.

Article 10 Transfer of ownership of goods

The ownership of the product will be transferred on the date of payment of the usage fee.
