Below are the main reasons why you may not be able to make a payment by card.
(1) There is insufficient available balance on your card.
If there is insufficient available balance on your card, you will not be able to make a payment. Please lower the order amount and place a new order.
(2) The available balance for revolving payments is insufficient
Even if the available balance on the card is sufficient, if the card is set up for automatic revolving payments, you will not be able to make a payment if the available balance for revolving payments is insufficient.
(3) The card number is incorrect.
Please check and enter the 16-digit card number.
(4) Incorrect security code:
If the three-digit security code on the back of the card is incorrect, you will not be able to make a payment.
(5) The card expiration date is incorrect.
If the card expiration date in “MM/YY” or “MM-YY” is incorrect, payment cannot be made.
(6) There is a payment limit.
This is common with JCB cards, but there may be a limit on the amount you can pay in one transaction. Please lower your order amount and pay in multiple transactions.
(7) Security lock has been applied.
As a protection against online shopping, a security lock may have been applied and payment may not be possible. Please contact your card company.
