How to register as a new member

is also required when logging in to Cred Coupon, so please make sure you enter it correctly. A
completion email will also be sent when registration is complete. If you enter it incorrectly, you will not receive emails.
If you have specified a domain, please unspecify it so that you can receive emails from “cred-coupon.com“.
■Name
Please enter the name of the customer using the service.
■ Date of birth
Please enter the date of birth of the person using the service, including hyphens.
(Example: November 1, 1970 → 1970-11-01)
Finally, if you agree to the Cred Coupon Terms of Use, please check “Agree” and
press the member registration button.
